Despite being geographically spread out, team connection is a key focus—regular virtual meetings and bi-annual in-person events help foster a close-knit team culture. When needed, shared workspace offices are available for collaboration, mentorship, or client meetings.

The Opportunity

This position is ideal for a seasoned transportation professional ready to take the lead on a wide range of development-related traffic and transportation studies. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing Transportation Impact Assessments, Parking Justification Reports, Functional Designs, and site plan reviews. You will play a leadership role—mentoring junior staff, reviewing technical work, and contributing to resourcing decisions.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy, with minimal oversight required. Over time, you'll also have opportunities to be involved in project management, business operations, and client development initiatives.

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning
• Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
• Proficiency in Trafficware Synchro/SimTraffic, Transoft Autoturn, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong working knowledge of municipal, provincial, and national transportation standards.
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
